I want to order an item but it says "sold out", when will it be back in stock? That depends. Maybe never. Our screenprinted and embroidered batches are by pre-order only with only a few leftovers each time. Your best bet is keep an eye on our Instagram page and order as soon as you see it because we can't guarantee leftovers in certain quantities, colorways, or sizes. Some items may never be made again or redesigned before being re-released. It never hurts to ask though - if there's enough demand for a certain product and we can meet our printers minimums, we can likely have it remade.
I ordered the wrong size, can I return or exchange for a different size? For pre-orders as well as DTG printed items, the short answer is no. Because each garment is produced in a custom manner for each order, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless it was a mistake of ours or the printers. Please make sure you check the item description and click appropriate links to garment sizing and specifications before ordering, if you are unsure of your size. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us.
I never received my order, can you refund me? Unfortunately no, once a package leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for it. All packages are automatically insured for $100 through our shipper. If the package shows delivered, it is out of our hands. If it is a mistake of the shipper (UPS or USPS), you can file a claim for reimbursement using your tracking number on the respective website. In these cases, we might be able to help with the claim. If you think your package might have been stolen after delivery, try to contact the shipper using your tracking number and order receipt.
I accidentally typed the wrong shipping address when placing my order, how can I fix it? If you email us before the package is sent (typically same day), we can correct this. Once a label is generated and package sent off however, there's nothing we can do to change the delivery address. If the package is delivered to the address you provided when placing your order, it is your responsibility, NOT ours to track it down. If the package is returned to sender, it can be re-sent to you, at your expense once it arrives back to us. In this situation, requests for refunds, once the package is received back by us, will be charged a 10% fee of your order total to compensate for non-refundable credit card processing and webstore fees. Pre-order and DTG (made to order) items are not elligible for a refund if returned to sender - if you'd like your package, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees back to you. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER!
