Pre-orders will run until January 18th, or whenever our order minimum is met - whichever is later. Once pre-order window closes, please allow 2-3 weeks for production and shipping to us - however, occasionally delays may occur, and this will be communicated to the customer by the seller. You will be notified via email when your order ships, with tracking info.
ORDERS WITH PRE-ORDER ITEMS WILL BE HELD UNTIL ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE TO SHIP. If ordering non-preorder items and you’d like them to ship sooner, please place a separate order.
Because of the highly custom nature of this product, returns and/or order cancellations will not be accepted for any reason.
